Service Description
60-MINUTE REIKI RESET Hit the "refresh" button on your entire system. This 60-minute session is a dedicated sanctuary for your soul—a space designed to clear mental static and ease physical tension, helping your body shift out of constant "doing" and back into a more natural state of flow. THE EXPERIENCE THE ARRIVAL: We begin by leaving the to-do list at the door. With a brief grounding check-in, we will set a soft intention for your session—whether that is releasing a specific stressor, inviting in peace, or simply being open to whatever your body needs most. THE IMMERSION: Once you are cocooned in comfort, the Reset begins. Through a series of focused, light-touch hand placements, your body is supported in shifting from alert to rest. Every session is a unique experience tailored to your energy in the moment. Depending on what you need that day, we may also incorporate sound or frequency tools, crystal therapy, or aromatherapy to further deepen your journey. THE RETURN: We conclude with a gentle grounding ritual to help you transition back into your day. Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and with a noticeable sense of calm—a restorative "afterglow" that often supports a much more restful night's sleep. WHY THE RESET? Sixty minutes allows your body to move beyond surface-level stress and settle into deeper layers of tension. It gives your system the time it needs to truly slow down—your breathing softens, your muscles unclench, and your body shifts into its most restorative state. ENHANCE YOUR SESSION Looking for a deeper dive? You may choose to upgrade your session with a Bio-Well scan to see your energy in real-time, or experience the therapeutic warmth and vibration of a Bio-Acoustic or Bio-Mat. BEFORE YOUR SESSION Please drink plenty of water leading up to your session, as energy tends to move more freely when you are hydrated. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Natural fibers like cotton are best, if available.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT: All sessions are booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Cash payments are not accepted. NEW CLIENT INTAKE: A digital intake form is required for all new clients and must be completed prior to your appointment. This allows us to focus entirely on your healing during our time together rather than taking up your session time with paperwork. Existing clients may be asked to provide brief updates occasionally. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be considered a completed session. LATE ARRIVALS: To respect each client’s time, sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, even if you arrive late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late cancellation. PACKAGE SESSIONS: Session packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise arranged. MOBILE SESSIONS: For in-home or hotel sessions, I provide everything needed to create your sanctuary, including the treatment table and therapeutic mats. Please allow for a 30-minute setup period prior to our session start time. I require a clear, quiet space large enough to accommodate a professional massage table with enough room to maneuver comfortably around all sides, and access to a standard electrical outlet. DISTANCE SESSIONS: For distance sessions, please prepare a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and remain undisturbed during your session.
