Reiki

is a gentle Japanese energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. The word comes from Rei (universal) and Ki (life energy) — the subtle current that flows through every living being.
Reiki works with this subtle energy that underlies the body, mind, and spirit. When that energy becomes overwhelmed, scattered, or blocked, we feel it — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki helps create the conditions for things to settle, soften, and realign.
Our bodies naturally know how to restore themselves once we shift out of fight-or-flight and into deep relaxation. I don’t “heal” you — Reiki isn’t about that. I simply support your body and energy system so they can do what they’re designed to do.

Reiki isn’t a medical treatment or a replacement for one. It’s a complementary practice that supports the body’s innate ability to rebalance. Many people experience it as calm, clarity, grounding, or a quiet sense of returning to themselves.
