Service Description
Experience deep restoration without ever leaving your space. Whether you are a local resident in your own home or a visitor looking to enhance your stay in a hotel or vacation rental, I bring the sanctuary to you. By removing the need for travel, you can remain in a state of deep rest long after our session concludes, allowing the work to integrate in the comfort of your own environment. The Logistics Professional Setup: I provide everything needed to create your sanctuary, including a professional massage table and all necessary tools. Space Requirements: To ensure a fluid experience, I simply require a quiet, clear space (approximately 4x8 feet) to accommodate the table and allow room to maneuver comfortably on all sides. Power Access: Because our therapeutic mats utilize advanced technology, access to a standard electrical outlet is required for any session involving the BioMat or BioAcoustic Mat. Arrival and Departure: Please allow for a 30-minute setup period prior to our scheduled session start time, as well as a 30-minute take-down period following our time together. This ensures the environment is fully prepared and mindfully closed. Includes travel, professional setup, and take-down for Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Los Osos. Enhance Your Experience: You can further personalize your mobile session by selecting add-ons during the checkout process. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT: All sessions are booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Cash payments are not accepted. NEW CLIENT INTAKE: A digital intake form is required for all new clients and must be completed prior to your appointment. This allows us to focus entirely on your healing during our time together rather than taking up your session time with paperwork. Existing clients may be asked to provide brief updates occasionally. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be considered a completed session. LATE ARRIVALS: To respect each client’s time, sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, even if you arrive late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late cancellation. PACKAGE SESSIONS: Session packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise arranged. MOBILE SESSIONS: For in-home or hotel sessions, I provide everything needed to create your sanctuary, including the treatment table and therapeutic mats. Please allow for a 30-minute setup period prior to our session start time. I require a clear, quiet space large enough to accommodate a professional massage table with enough room to maneuver comfortably around all sides, and access to a standard electrical outlet. DISTANCE SESSIONS: For distance sessions, please prepare a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and remain undisturbed during your session.
